My Story

At 14 years of age I heard the cantor at a church play Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin on acoustic guitar. That you could play that good music by yourself with a guitar blew me away. I immediately convinced my mum how had always wanted me to play piano that guitar was a more handy choice. The same evening she bought me a black Washburn D10 beginner guitar.

A couple of months later I was asked if I could play guitar at school with a friend. Me and my friend took the challenge despite our basic guitar skills. We played Runaway Train by Soul Asylum and Wild World with Mr. Big in front in a crowded concert hall. We got standing ovations and I realised that making music and singing was probably my thing. Since then, I played live in various bands at almost every major event in school and University. I also toured in Austria and France for a couple of years.

When I moved to Stockholm, Sweden, I met Professional producer and song writer, Hans Schumacher, who I started the band “The Superdogs” with. With The Superdogs we played at most local bars and clubs in Stockholm. We also gained a small group of hardcore fans and even made it to the finals of the radio channel Bandit Rock’s music challenge, Bandit Unsigned.

After I left Stockholm I started making music on my own in Logic Pro X. This was a completely new “Instrument” for me and I was hooked even though my skills were very basic and it felt like starting over again. By 2018 I managed to get som traction with my music in film, TV and advertising.

In 2020 i decided to make the music I wanted instead of pitching and writing to briefs. I wanted to make fresh and rich electronic music that makes you want to move and pump your fist in the air when you hear it. This project has now been labeled “Kaiser Snap” 👊.
